PARKING RULES

7. Vehicles Must Be Operable/Currently Registered.

Any vehicle parked in public view must be currently registered and in operable condition. Vehicles that are out of registration or dilapidated or inoperable will be towed from the complex, after a ticket has been in placed on the vehicle giving the owner seventy- two (72) hours to have it repaired, properly registered, or removed from the complex.

This form is required for all vehicles, autos, boats and trailers in the storage area. This contact information is needed by the property management company and the board of directors.
